抽油机井过环空井下关井测压工艺研究

 Research on through-annulus downhole shutin test technology for pumping well

摘要: 低渗透储层受井储效应影响大,压力恢复试井时出现平面径向流时间较长,严重影响了产油量。研究了降低压力恢复试井出现平面径向流时间的理论方法,结果表明井储效应是影响测试井出现平面径向时间的主 要因素,需要采取井下关井测试工艺才能缩短关井时间。针对以往井下关井测压工艺的不足,研究了过环空井下 关井测压工艺,该工艺的关键为研制的测试工作筒及配套的测压工具,并进行了 5井次的对比实验。实验效果表 明,研制的测试工作筒与测压工具配合良好、工作筒工作稳定、工作周期较长。5口井对比表明,过环空井下关井测 压工艺能够大幅度降低井储效应的影响,显著缩短了测试井出现平面径向流阶段的时间,大大降低了关井期间的 产量影响。

Abstract:

 The low permeability reservoir is greatly affected by the well storage effects, the planar radial flow time is longer during the pressure recovery test, which seriously affects the oil production. The theoretical method for reducing the planar radial flow time in the pressure recovery test well is studied. The results show that the well storage effect is the main factor. It is necessary to adopt the downhole shut-in test technology to shorten the shutin time. To overcome the insufficiency of the downhole shut-in pressure test in the past, the pressure measurement process of the underground shut-in is studied. The key of the process is the developed test cylinder and the matching pressure test tool, the comparative experiments on 5 wells have been carried out. The experiments show that the test cylinder and the ABSTRACT 4 DRILLING & PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY Vol. 42 No. 1 Jan. 2019 pressure measuring tool fit each other very well, the working cylinder is stable and with a long working cycle. The comparison of five wells shows that the downhole shut-in pressure test process can greatly reduce the effects of well storage, the time of the plane radial flow in the test well significantly shortened, and the impact on the yield during the shut-in period greatly reduced.
